ITHACON
Women's Community Building
Seneca & Cayuga St.
Ithaca, NY
Directions
The Women's Community Building is at the corner of West Seneca St. and North Cayuga St. in downtown Ithaca.
Seneca St. is one-way west, and several blocks of Cayuga St. are one-way south, so if you don't follow the directions, you may need to drive around the block to get there!
From the Syracuse area:
Take Rt. 81 South to Cortland. In Cortland, you will see signs directing you toward Ithaca which will get you onto Rt. 13 South. Rt. 13 will take you all the way into Ithaca. When you get to Ithaca, you'll go past the Tompkins County Airport, then past Triphammer Rd. where the mall is located, then down a big hill. As you reach the bottom of the hill, there is an exit for Rt. 34 and Stewart Park. Take that exit, and keep to the right going in a loop back under the underpass to Rt. 34. About 100 yards after the underpass, turn right onto Cayuga St. and follow Cayuga St. to Seneca St.
From the Binghamton area:
Take Rt. 81 North to Whitney Point. At the Whitney Point exit, follow the signs to Ithaca, which will get you onto Rt. 79. After about 30 miles, Rt. 79 goes right through downtown Ithaca, and becomes Seneca St. in city. As you get to the downtown area, Seneca St. forks off to the right. The Women's Community Building is 4 blocks straight ahead.
From the Elmira area:
Take Rt. 13 North to Ithaca. In the downtown area, you will go past Green St., State St., and Seneca St., then make a right onto Buffalo St. Follow Buffalo St. to Cayuga St. and make a right on Cayuga. The Women's Community Building is on the next corner.
